Replacing Window Mechanism on Toyota Yaris

Remove the window regulator mechanism from a Toyota Yaris? First, remove the door panel. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screws on the panel.

Detach the door panel and disconnect the electrical connectors linked to the window regulator motor. Unscrew the fixing screws located on the sides of the window regulator motor and the sides of the door.

Remove the window regulator motor and the glass rail. Replace the damaged part with a new one. Refit the glass sliding rail, secure the motor in the door and screw in the screws.

Reconnect the electrical supply. Refit the cover panel over the door.
