Replacing the Air Conditioning Filter

Model: Toyota Rav 4 MK 3, Xa30 - Years 2006-2013
Part: Cabin air filter

The pollen filter purifies the air in the cabin and is located behind the passenger side glove compartment. Obtain a pollen filter of the same model identical to the original. To access it, remove the two internal side clips of the glove box and detach the cover. The filter is located in the compartment behind the cover. Once the filter cover is removed, carefully pull the filter outwards to avoid dust dispersal. Place a cloth at the bottom to collect any dirt. Refit the new filter into the housing, ensuring it is positioned correctly, and securely close the cover.
