How to Replace the Radio on a Rav4

How do you replace the radio in a Rav 4? Start by removing the trim panels to access the radio. Use a plastic lever to detach the radio's trim from the central console, where the air vents are located: remove both sides. Once the radio is free from the cover panels, use a screwdriver to unscrew the securing screws on either side. Pull the radio out by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). Install the new radio by first connecting the electrical terminals and then refitting the plastic covers.
