How to Remove the Rear Seats from a Toyota RAV4?

To remove the rear seats from the Toyota RAV4, you need to take off the plastic covers located at the front of the seat tracks. You will also need to remove those at the back by pushing the seat all the way forward. Once all the covers are removed, you can loosen all the bolts underneath and tilt the seat: before removing it, disconnect all the cables connected to its underside. Once the cables are removed, the seat can be pulled out from the interior: this process will need to be repeated for the other seats.
