How to Replace the Front Headlight on a Toyota Tacoma

In this guide, you will learn how to replace the front headlight on a Toyota Tacoma. The first step is to remove the grille: to do this, unscrew two 10 millimeter bolts and detach two clips, as shown at minute 01:30, then lift the grille out of its support. On the sides of the headlight, near the bumper, there will be another clip to detach; this will allow you to unclip the lower joint of the headlight. Now work on the bumper by removing three clips on the upper edge and two bolts at the intersection with the headlights. The next area to work on will be the front tire: remove one screw in the tire well, in the area behind the headlight, move the rubber panel, and unscrew the headlight bolt, shown at minute 3:15. Finally, the last screws to remove will be the upper ones that secure the headlight to the engine compartment frame. After completing these operations, you can detach the connectors and pull out the piece. Replace it with the new one, ensuring that every part aligns correctly with the support. At this point, proceed with reassembly, and the replacement will be complete.
