How to Reset the Service Light on the Toyota Highlander

This mini guide illustrates a simple and quick method to remove the maintenance light from the display of your 2006 Toyota Highlander. The first step is to press the Menu button several times until you see the total mileage displayed. Next, turn off the ignition and hold down the "ODO/Trip" button located on the left side of the instrument cluster for about five seconds. Finally, turn the ignition back on and release the button. At this point, the reset is complete, and the warning light should be gone permanently.
