First, get inside the vehicle and start removing the door panel; to do this, remove the mounting screws and pry at the edges until it completely disengages, disconnecting the handle cable and the electrical connector for the window switch. At this point, remove the screws securing the speaker, disconnecting the electrical cable found at the back; replace the speaker and reassemble everything!
