First, open the front door and start by removing the door panel, unscrewing the fixing screws and prying at the sides; then disconnect the electrical connector and the handle cable, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the plastic cover of the speaker and unscrew the screws found on the sides; disconnect the electrical connector to remove and replace the speaker with a new one!
