Replacing Front Speakers on Toyota Aygo

The standard speakers in the Toyota Aygo are not of great quality: simply raising the volume above level 20 causes them to crackle, so it is advisable to replace them with higher quality ones, paying attention to the size: those suitable for the Aygo must have a diameter of 10 cm. The front speakers are located on the dashboard, just below the windscreen; to access them, remove the grille and then unscrew the two securing screws to take them out by disconnecting the connector. For the new speakers, cut two of the mounting slots while opening the other two, and to avoid cutting the original connector, prepare a cable with two female spade connectors at both ends to connect to the wiring connector and the new speaker.
