Repair and Disassembly of Window Switch Button

Model: Toyota Corolla MK 1 - Years 1995-2002

If the door window does not work, the fault may lie in the button that controls its movement. After obtaining the replacement part, use a plastic tool to avoid damaging the bodywork and pry around the control panel on the door to remove it. Disconnect the connectors from the circuit by pulling them gently. Reconnect the connectors to the new buttons, pushing them until you hear a click. Ensure they are connected in the correct orientation by identifying the reference notch. Turn the ignition key to the 'on' position and check for proper operation.
