We see in this video the main instructions for disassembling and replacing the timing chain on the second series Toyota Yaris, with the code XP 90 and with the VVT-I engine; typically the timing chain needs to be changed on these engines every 120,000 kilometers, or a little earlier for inspection. Then we open the engine hood and start disassembling our crankshaft pulley, first removing our alternator belt; after which we remove the filter box and the spark plugs, in order to unscrew all the screws of the cylinder head cover. Once you have accessed the distribution we can proceed with the disassembly and replacement, following the video to the end!

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
