Model: Toyota Yaris
Xp90
- Years 2005-2011 Disassembly of the alternator on Yaris, let's see how it is disassembled from inside the engine compartment. We lift the bonnet putting it in safety, we identify the battery of the power supply and disconnect the terminals. We move the cables and tubes from above the alternator to disassemble it. We unscrew the pins with a socket wrench on the sides of the alternator. Once the disassembly is finished, we are going to extract the alternator from inside the engine compartment. We fix the new alternator in the suitable housing, screw in the locking pins, then, connect the power supply terminals. We check the right voltage with a tester by connecting it to the battery. We turn on and test the vehicle.
