Toyota Yaris - Video tutorial
Model: Toyota Yaris
Xp90
- Years 2005-2011 In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the timing belt in a Toyota Yaris. The procedure for replacing the belt in this type of car is very simple as it is not necessary to disassemble components to access the belt itself. So first we open the bonnet of the car and then we go to loosen the alternator bolt in order to move it forward: at this point we loosen the belt pretensioner and remove it. Now let's replace it with the new one by inserting it in the correct direction and put the alternator back in the starting position, then tightening the screw.
