How to reset the Service light on a Toyota RAV 4?

Model: Toyota Rav 4 MK 3, Xa30 - Years 2006-2013

To reset the Service light on a Toyota RAV 4, turn on the ignition by turning the key. Once the ignition is on, repeatedly press the button on the left side of the instrument panel until "Trip A" appears. When this appears, turn off the ignition; while the ignition is off, continue to hold the button. Now insert the key and turn it to switch on the ignition; after a few seconds, you will notice that the Service light has been reset.
