Starting with a traction battery from a Toyota Yaris that has issues, let's take the opportunity to understand how the lithium battery of this vehicle is constructed: it consists of 24+24 cells arranged in parallel; they work in pairs, with each pair providing 7.2 volts (3.6 volts each).

When the voltage drops below 3 volts, it indicates a problem.

Let's locate the control unit, which supplies power to the inverter. At the top, we see the connector that links the two battery cells in series, as the fuse is located inside - our YouTuber shows this - then the contacts of the first cell (orange in colour) have already been removed, while those of the second cell are still in place.
