Operation: How to replace the fuel pump of the Toyota Sienna V6 2WD 3.5L xl30.

The guide shows how to replace the fuel pump of the Toyota Sienna V6 2WD 3.5L xl30. Since it is a fuel return system, all the components that allow the engine to be fueled are inside the tank, but these elements cannot be accessed until the entire tank is removed. The first step is to empty the tank to make it lighter. Remove the fuel pump control relay from the fuse box in the engine compartment and start the engine a few times to depressurize the system. Disconnect the battery. Once the vehicle is lifted, remove the tank protection shield and disconnect all the fuel lines. Using a jack and a support, remove the tank mounting bolts and remove it from the vehicle. Clean the top of the tank, remove the pump control cables, and using the appropriate disassembly tool, unscrew the inspection cap. Pay attention to the pump spring. Remove the pump assembly and replace the part. At this stage, it is also possible to replace other elements of the circuit such as the pressure regulator. Reassemble everything in place. Turn on the instrument panel a few times to pressurize the system before starting the engine.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
