To adjust the clock on the Toyota RAV 4, turn on the ignition by inserting the key. Navigate through the menu that appears on the instrument panel using the right directional arrow on the right side of the steering wheel. Select the settings, then scroll down to find the "Clock" option and select it using the OK button.

At this point, use the appropriate arrows on the right side to modify the time, selecting the correct hour. Finally, confirm the entry and turn off the ignition completely.
