In this video, we see the diagram of the electrical circuit of the window of a Toyota Yaris. By interrupting the circuit, we can see the fuses of the main switch, the motor of the right window, the motor of the left window, and the rear window. When no button is pressed, both contacts in the main switch rest on the ground inside the switch. When I press the switch to raise the window, the contact on the switch leaves the ground and connects to the power supply. This allows the current to flow from the battery through the fuses, through the switch, through the switch contacts, and through the motor; then it returns to the negative side of the battery. This raises the window.

How to manually open the door of the Volkswagen Polo
