The engine block of the Triumph Speed Triple can be disassembled by loosening the screws that secure the engine block to its housing, so that it can also be removed from the appropriate connectors and intake and exhaust manifolds: once the engine block has been released, it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the cylinder to its seat and then remove it. The piston inside it will be disconnected from the connecting rod, which in turn must be disconnected from the crankshaft: in this way it will be possible to remove the crankshaft and replace all the other parts.

How to Replace the Clutch on the KTM XCF 450?
