This guide covers the routine maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter for the Triumph Bonneville motorcycle. First, place the bike on its centre stand and start by unscrewing the oil drain bolt located under the engine, allowing it to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then unscrew the oil filter cartridge using the appropriate tool, hand-tighten the new one and gently tighten it. Finally, unscrew the filler cap and top up with new oil of the correct viscosity!
