To replace the differential on the UAZ Hunter 469, loosen the screws that secure the two half shafts and the differential located at the center of the remaining suspension components. Once these are removed, you can pull out the entire front axle by unscrewing the bolts that attach the two half shafts to the differential. After all the screws are removed, take out the differential from its housing to replace it with a new part. After replacement, reassemble the two half shafts.
