How to pour oil into the tank without a funnel

In this video we see an alternative method of pouring oil into the engine, to be used when we do not have a funnel at hand. Just pull up the dipstick and let the oil slide along its length. As the youtuber shows us, it is possible to do it from below if we do not feel too confident in our ability, or to show off and let it flow directly from above, to do it even faster. Among the comments on the video, there were some jokingly suggesting not to use this system on very windy days, and that anyway it is a rather slow method: but we certainly do not recommend it for a complete change, but only for a top-up.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
