What are the types of fuses for cars?

Let's see the various types of fuses for cars: there are standard fuses for the passenger compartment and power fuses for the engine compartment. The standard fuses are further divided into: mini blade fuses (Micro2; LP-Mini; low profile mini) very small and compact. Standard blade fuses: (ATO/ATC) the classic rectangular plastic fuse with two male blades. Maxi blade fuses (APX/APM) much larger than standard fuses but with a similar shape, used in high power circuits. Cylindrical fuses, which were the standard before the advent of blade fuses: a glass cylinder with an internal filament and two metal caps at the ends. They were easy to inspect, but fragile. They can still be found in vintage cars. Cartridge fuses, similar to glass fuses, but with a ceramic body, more resistant to heat. Power fuses for the engine compartment: Power fuses with eyelets (ANL/mid range) absorb very high powers, and have the appearance of a metal blade covered in plastic, with an eyelet at the end for fastening with bolts. "Hammer" or "bridge" fuses (megafuse/MEGA) have a square and flat shape, with blade terminals, and are used for general protection of the system. Ribbon fuses are a metal ribbon (usually zinc) enclosed in a casing and are very common in older cars. For circuits subject to temporary current spikes, automatic circuit breakers (valvoline) are used, which are self-resetting relays.
