You can test the functionality of the fuses installed in any car using a multimeter by opening the corresponding fuse box to access the fuses inside. Here, take the two probes connected to the multimeter and place one on the positive terminal of the fuse to be tested and one on the negative terminal: if the multimeter indicates current flow, it means that the fuse is functioning correctly. If it shows no current flow, the fuse is blown and must be replaced with one of the same amperage.
