How to Repair the Car Remote Key

When you frequently use your car key with central locking, over time, the remote may become faulty. For the repair, you will need an old inner tube, some Bostik, masking tape, a craft knife, and a screwdriver. First, take the screwdriver and open the remote. Once opened, be careful with the chip inside; detach it and set it aside. Remove any excess rubber from the top cover. Cut the inner tube to size and glue it to the top cover with Bostik. Reassemble the chip and the top cover.
