In order to replace the alternator pulley it is necessary to use a specific kit following the operations described below. Once the alternator has been disassembled, place it on a vice to lock it in a stable way. In order to disassemble the pulley it is necessary to use a specific kit which is composed of a torque wrench and another "ribbed" type wrench. Operationally, the torque key is inserted inside the pulley and locks the main pin, while the "ribbed" key is inserted inside the friction pulley in order to lock it. So with the torque key we lock the pin, while with the "ribbed" key we unlock the pulley.

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine. First of all we lift the car and go to locate the gear oil vent bolt, which we find near the transmission; we use a hex wrench to unscrew it, letting it drain the old oil in a container for about ten minutes.
