How to Replace and Remove the Alternator Pulley

As shown in the video, removing the alternator pulley is a similar operation for all cars with some minor variations. Ensure you have a new pulley to replace it and the kit to remove and refit it. As shown in the video, the auxiliary belt has already been removed. You will also need a ratchet and a 22mm spanner, and using a Torx 150 key, secure the alternator while loosening the pulley in an anti-clockwise direction. Once completely unscrewed, remove the ratchet, the Torx key, and finally the pulley. Grease the new pulley and refit it.
