Repairing a Cigarette Burn on a Seat

Smoking in the car can sometimes lead to a cigarette butt falling on the seat, causing a burn. To prevent the damage from worsening while waiting for more extensive repairs, carry out a quick fix. Start by masking the area with masking tape and spraying a bit of silicone spray into the hole. In a container, mix white acrylic silicone and black silicone to match the seat colour. Remember that silicone tends to darken as it dries, so aim for a lighter shade. Level the mixture in the hole and spray a little silicone spray; allow it to dry for the recommended time.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
