Start by masking the area with masking tape and spraying a bit of silicone spray into the hole. In a container, mix white acrylic silicone and black silicone to match the seat colour. Remember that silicone tends to darken as it dries, so aim for a lighter shade. Level the mixture in the hole and spray a little silicone spray; allow it to dry for the recommended time.
