In this video, see how to eliminate or reduce the visibility of minor bodywork damage, such as chipping (i.e., marks from gravel kicked up by preceding vehicles that remain on the bonnet), parking scuffs, or worse, vandalism marks on the door. By touching them, you will notice that some are superficial and can be removed with bodywork polishing compound, which should be applied with light, circular motions, without overdoing it on the treated areas. For the vandalised door, proceed in the same way but with an even lighter touch to avoid streaks. To clean the chrome, use an old toothbrush and quality light polish: do not skimp on these products. When applying the product to the bodywork, do it in small sections and check the result each time in the light, and you should feel the bodywork as smooth as velvet.
