Let's see in this detailed video how to assemble the universal roof bars. The universal roof bars are used by those who do not have handrails on the roof of their car (fixed bar clamped in the car roof) on which to apply the bars. We assemble the bar holder kit as shown in the video with the bars calibrated according to the width of the car. We rest the brackets at the two ends of the doors and once the width of the anchoring brackets has been adjusted (place a rubber square under the metal bracket that rests directly on the bodywork), tighten the pins with the butterfly bolt until fully anchored aligned on the car roof. Finally, we apply the safety caps on both sides.
