In this video, you will see the sunshade of a Volkswagen Tiguan that does not retract properly into its housing. To repair it, remove the end part of the roof from the inside, which is only held in place by clips.

Next, open the glass roof and remove the screw and washers that secure the roof opening at the bottom. Then, remove the two screws on each side from the metal guides.

Close the glass roof. At the rear of the roof panel, which you have now opened, you can see the condition of the sunshade.

Remove the two screws at the back, and if necessary, also remove those from the inside to slide out the entire sunshade. You can find the new sunshade on it. Grandado.
