How to Remove the Starter Motor from a Volkswagen Tiguan

Before starting, open the bonnet of your Volkswagen Tiguan. Begin by removing the entire air filter housing, disconnecting the hoses and unscrewing the relevant fixing screws. Next, disconnect the electrical connector supplying the starter motor, then unscrew and remove the fixing bolts. This will free the starter motor itself. At this point, extract the starter motor from the engine bay of your Volkswagen Tiguan. Once you have completed this step, the disassembly will be finished.
