How to Remove the External Door Handle on a Volkswagen Tiguan

Model: Volkswagen Tiguan BW, MK 2, AD - Years 2016-2025

Before you start, open the door of your Volkswagen Tiguan. Begin by disengaging and removing the screw cover that secures the handle located on the inner pillar of the door, then pull and hold the external door handle. Meanwhile, unscrew and remove the screw that secures the handle to the door. By doing this, you will have freed the smaller section of the external handle. At this point, disengage and remove it from the door of your Volkswagen Tiguan. Once you have completed this step, remove the larger section as well, and you will have finished the disassembly.
