To replace the window switch panel on a Volkswagen Polo, use a tool to pry off the trim surrounding the switch panel. Once the trim is removed, disconnect the underlying connector for the switch panel and take it out completely.

Now, connect the new replacement part to its connector, inserting it back into the trim. Finally, reinstall the trim onto the door panel to secure it properly.
