How to reset the service light on a Volkswagen New Beetle

In this video we see how to reset the service light on a Volkswagen "Beetle" New Beetle. First, turn off the instrument panel and press and hold the mileage reset button located under the reserve gauge. Now we can turn on the panel: releasing the button, the word "service" will appear on the display. Press the reset button again for ten seconds, until the display turns black. Then the display will show this symbol: '_'. At this point we should turn off the panel. The service will be reset, and to confirm, wait a moment and turn on the panel for verification.
