How to adjust the seat of a Volkswagen Golf MKVII

In this video we see the various adjustments of a Volkswagen Golf VII: there are two levers to make the adjustments: the one on the outer side is used to have more support for the back. If we push the lever forward, the seat will push the lumbar support forward, if we push it back we will have less. With the small lever on the front of the seat we can raise and lower the seat. If instead we want to move the seat forward or backward there is the large lever on the left side of the seat: pushing up goes back and pushing down the seat moves forward.
