How to Remove the Left Door Panel on a Volkswagen Golf

This video explains how to remove the left door panel on a Volkswagen Golf. Before starting, disconnect the battery terminals located in the front engine compartment. Use a lever or screwdriver to pry at the bottom of the handle on the door panel, then detach the piece as shown in the video and begin unscrewing the door's fastening pins with a screwdriver. Use the plastic lever to release all the clips around the perimeter of the door. Finally, pull away the panel by grasping it with your hands, disconnecting the opening lever cable, and the window and speaker connectors.
