Removing Door Panel on VW Golf 3

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf III, MK 3, Golf 3 - Years 1991-1997

Replace the door panel if it is not repairable on a Volkswagen Golf 3. Remove the left panel. Take off the manual window winding handle (if present) and detach the cover of the internal handle. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screws located in the handle area. Unscrew the remaining screws on the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Finally, pull off the panel by hand and detach it from the door (disconnect the power wiring and the opening cable). Carry out the desired maintenance inside the door and replace the damaged panel. Fit the new door panel.

While driving, if you notice the tyre pressure warning light coming on, first check the actual inflation pressure of the tyres and, if necessary, restore the pressures recommended by the manufacturer.
