How to Remove the Mirror Cap on a Volkswagen Lupo

Model: Volkswagen Lupo MK 1 - Years 1998-2005

In this video, we will see how to proceed with the removal of the mirror cap on a Volkswagen Lupo. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screw located under the car's mirror. With a plastic or metal lever, pry between the mirror cap and the mirror itself. Pry until the cover detaches from the mirror (this operation is very delicate as it may break). Once the piece is removed, you can replace it with a new one. Refit the new mirror cover by sliding it onto the mirror. Finally, screw the securing screw back in.
