How to replace the front headlight bulb of a Volkswagen Polo?

To replace the headlight bulb of a Volkswagen Polo, it is necessary to start by removing the headlight itself. This step is crucial because the bulb is located in a position that makes direct access difficult. After opening the hood, locate the screws that secure the headlight to the body. Usually, there are some screws positioned on the top and sides of the headlight. Once removed, the headlight can be gently extracted from its housing, being careful not to damage the electrical connections. At this point, access the back of the headlight, where the bulb holder is located. Rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it. Once removed, you can replace the old bulb with a new one, making sure not to touch the glass of the new bulb with your fingers, as the natural oils from the skin could reduce the lifespan of the bulb. After inserting the new bulb into the bulb holder, reassemble everything following the reverse procedure, making sure the headlight is securely fixed in place.
