If the air conditioner of the Volkswagen Transporter suddenly stops working, the cause can be traced back to the fuse protection system, following a power surge. To perform the necessary checks and replacement, we open the panel, closed by a plastic screw to the left of the steering column: we will access the plate where the fuses are housed.

In the bottom section, we find three rows of fuses, the first from the right in the central row, a red 10A fuse, is the one to check. Let's remove it with pliers and replace it with a new one.
