In this guide we will see the information regarding the disassembly and replacement of the battery of the Volkswagen Golf key remote, but also of the Passat and Touran. First of all, we take our remote control and start extracting the case with the physical key, separating it from the remote control; in this way it will be possible to access the battery compartment, thus removing the battery we find inside, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new battery, of the correct type and having the same code, finally reassembling the key and the remote control!
