How do you reset the Climatronic of the Volkswagen Multivan?

It is possible to completely reset the Climatronic system of the Volkswagen Multivan by activating the instrument panel, so that it is possible to operate the controls located on the central dashboard panel. Once the instrument panel has been activated, you will need to simultaneously press the ECON button and the one with the arrow icon pointing towards the passenger's face. In this way, you will notice that the dual-zone climate temperature indicators will become dark; after waiting a few seconds, the indicators will return to the previously set temperature and the reset will be completed correctly.
