How to reset the automatic window up and down function on the Volkswagen Golf VI

In this video, we will see how to reset the lower and upper limit of the windows on a Volkswagen Golf VI: this procedure is necessary after disconnecting the battery, or if the windows do not move automatically when holding down the button, or in case of system blockage. Turn on the instrument panel: we will work on one window at a time. Start by lowering the window completely, continue to hold down the lowering button for 2/3 seconds, then raise the window completely and hold it down for the usual 2/3 seconds. Briefly press the lowering button and then press the raising button twice. Then check the automatic function. Repeat for all windows; turn off the car for at least 5 minutes and then check that everything is in order.
