How to install the armrest on a Volkswagen Transporter T5

In this video, we see how to install an armrest on a Volkswagen Transporter T5: first, let's get the armrest that we can find on AliExpress with code 1005008835449283 for the price of 38.76 euros, with free delivery. Remove the seat and unscrew the two rear torx screws and the two front nuts, extract the seat and take it to a comfortable place to work on it. Now flip it over and detach, pulling them towards us, the plastic clips under the seat; remove the fasteners and lift the cover. Now attach the metal brackets, which are part of the kit, to the sides of the seat, aligning them with the existing holes. Tighten with torx screws, making sure the brackets are straight. Reposition the cover, attach clips and fasteners, and with a cutter, make holes in the cover corresponding to the brackets. Now we can screw the armrests with their screws, and close the screw covers with the appropriate caps. Reassemble the seat in its place. If we are installing armrests on both seats, work on one seat at a time.
