How do you reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Atlas?

It is possible to delete the Service indicator shown on the Volkswagen Atlas instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the ignition switch so that the panel is turned on: after turning on the ignition, it will be possible to press the button to access the menu on the right side. Then, you will need to navigate the screen using the directional arrow buttons to select the "Reset inspection service" option: this way, the indicator will be deleted after confirming the message. To finish the procedure, you can remove the key by turning off the panel.
