How do you reset the Service light on the Volkswagen New Beetle?

It is possible to delete the Service light of the Volkswagen New Beetle by holding down the 0.0/SET button located on the right side of the instrument panel while the ignition is off. While holding down the button, insert the key into the corresponding slot and turn it to turn on the instrument panel. Continue holding down the button until the reset of the light is complete. Once the reset is done, you can turn off the instrument panel by removing the key.
