How to remove the spare wheel of the Volkswagen Crafter

Let's see how to remove the spare wheel of the Volkswagen Crafter: we open the rear door and remove the plastic cover at the bottom, using the special tool found in the glove compartment. We remove the inner rubber seal, which simply comes off, and insert the metal tool into the dedicated housing (it has a groove that locks it in place). We use the spare wheel screwdriver to unwind the support cable and slowly lower the spare wheel until it is accessible. The most delicate part is removing the plastic cover without damaging it.
