How do you reset the Climatronic of the Volkswagen Passat?

It will be possible to reset the Climatronic on the Volkswagen Passat by turning on the instrument panel, so that it is possible to use the controls located on the central dashboard panel. Once the instrument panel has been turned on, you will need to simultaneously press the ECON button and the one with the arrow icon pointing towards the passenger's face. In this way, you will notice that the dual-zone climate temperature indicators will become dark; after waiting a few seconds, the indicators will return to the previously set temperature and the air conditioning system will be completely reset.
