Do you want to replace the gear knob on a Volkswagen Golf? Here’s how to do it: use a plastic lever to disconnect the trim of the leather gaiter, cut/remove the metal clip; take the knob in your hands and rotate it left and right until it comes off the gear lever. For assembly: take the new knob and slide it onto the lever in the centre console, tightening it onto the lever; fit the new leather gaiter with the clips (inserted along with the knob). Finally, test the correct installation of the knob by moving the lever on the centre console.

How to change the time on a Toyota Yaris
